Can Photo and Text Be Printed on One Lamp?

Yes.
We can print both a photo and text on the same moon lamp.
Please send the photo and text together, as they must be designed and printed at the same time.

What Languages Can Be Engraved?

All languages are supported.

Production Time

Processing takes 2–4 working days.
Please ensure you have enough time before ordering.
Because this is a custom-made product, cancellations are not accepted once production begins.

How to Choose the Best Photo

1. Use a clear, high-resolution image.

2. A half-body photo with a clear face is ideal.

3. For full-body photos, please choose 18cm, 20cm, or 23cm sizes only (smaller sizes will not print well).

4. Due to time zone differences, we may not reply immediately—please send your preferred photos and text directly.
   If the image is unsuitable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How to Use the Moon Lamp

1. Touch the metal ring at the bottom to turn the lamp on/off and change colors.

2. Long press the metal ring to adjust brightness.

3. Insert the USB cable into the metal ring to charge.

   • A red light will stay on during charging and will turn off when fully charged.

4. If the touch control does not respond, your hand may be too dry or the temperature too low—try again after a moment.

5. If the lamp does not light up, charge it for 1–2 hours or check if the brightness is set to minimum.
